Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. These guarantees include that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description. If a product has a major failure (for example, it is unsafe, cannot be used for its normal purpose, or is significantly different from what was described), you may choose a refund, replacement, or compensation. For minor failures, we may choose to offer a repair. These statutory rights apply in addition to our voluntary return policy below and are not limited by any time period specified in this policy.
Voluntary Return Eligibility
In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer a voluntary change-of-mind return. You may return most workspace products purchased from phomvexnvorg.world within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and free from damage
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items (Voluntary Returns Only)
The following items are not eligible for our voluntary change-of-mind return within 30 days:
- Custom-made or personalised workspace furniture
- Products that have been assembled and used (unless defective or faulty)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
Please note: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods apply regardless of these exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at customer@phomvexnvorg.world or call +61 451 104 469 with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide a return authorisation and instructions for shipping the product back
- Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the product to our Abbotsford location using a tracked delivery service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Availability of replacement items may vary.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a workspace product that is defective, faulty, or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have rights to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on whether the failure is major or minor. For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement. We will arrange a free return and remedy at no additional cost to you. Please contact us promptly so we can assist you with your consumer guarantee rights.
